Return Policy & Shipping Information

We hope that the stencil you have chosen will work perfectly in the application you intend to use it. But should that not be the case, we will gladly accept returns as long as they meet the following requirements:

• Return request has been made within 14 days from shipping date - via email, fax or phone.
• Stencils remain unopened and are returned undamaged. (Often people don't realize what the mail goes through on it's journey. Damaged stencils are not refundable, so consider these helpful hints. The best way to ship it back to us is in the tube or box it was sent in. Roll the stencil and pack it back up the same way it was sent to you. Consider getting a new tube if you don't have one. Please do not attempt to fold it and put it into a padded envelope. It will most likely be damaged that way and then it is not refundable.)
• Any product that is returned is also received undamaged.
• Customer pays for all return/exchange shipping charges (original shipping charges are not refundable)
• Requests made after 14 days from shipping date are subject to a 20% restocking charge. No refunds will be made after 30 days from shipping date.
• Stencils that are not purchased directly from Trimbelle River Studio must be returned to the place where they were originally purchased. Credits will be assessed through that outlet.
• We have found the United States Postal Service to be the fastest and most efficient way to ship our merchandise. Most orders will be shipped within 2-3 business days and should arrive within 6-10 business days from the time you order. We ship First Class Mail as much as possible.
• If your order contains Stencil Adhesive, it is required to go by ground, which can cause your order to be delayed slightly. Please keep this in mind if you are trying to get your order as quick as possible.

Stencils and supplies may be returned to us in exchange for replacement materials, a credit towards future purchases or a credit on a MasterCard or VISA. We are sorry, but we do not offer cash refunds. Please inform us of how you would like your credit to be handled and we will do our best to accommodate and satisfy you.
